AGE LIMITS


The minimum age of the child on 15th September of the "Academic Year of Entry," should be as follows:

ASSESSMENT

All students seeking admission from KG II to Year XII shall have to undergo an assessment test in:

  • English (Composition & Comprehension)
  • Mathematics

  • This test is conducted in order to have a first hand knowledge of the student’s academic skills particularly with reference to his/her records from the previous school(s). This also enables the school to evaluate as to what particular aspects would be required to enhance the capabilities of the child should he/she be admitted to the school.

    Interview with Parents about the background details of the child is another essential requirement of the assessment procedure.

    DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

    • Photocopies of Birth Certificate (2)
    • Photocopies of the Student's Passport (2)
    • Photocopy of Passport Page of the student showing valid UAE Residence Visa (2) (Foreign Nationals Only)
    • Photocopies of the Father/Guardian's Passport (2)
    • Passport size Photographs of the child (8)
    • Immunization Record of the child
    • In case of transfer from other school within United Arab Emirates, "Transfer Certificate" duly attested by the UAE Ministry of Education
    • In case of transfer from a school outside the United Arab Emirates, "Transfer Certificate", duly attested / countersigned by:
    • Ministry of Education of the country of origin
    • The Foreign Ministry of the country of origin
    • The UAE / Embassy / Consulate in the country of origin and finally
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs - UAE
    ENROLLMENT
    1. Parents of NEW STUDENTS should fill up the full set of admission Forms and submit to the Admissions Office along with all necessary documents/Photographs as detailed in the prospectus.
    2. The invoices for Regular Fees, *Books and Uniforms are issued at the Front Office and submitted for payment to the Admission/Accounts Office situated in the reception hall.
    3. The delivery of Books and Uniforms takes place from the Main Store situated on the first floor. Dates and timing of delivery are posted on the school Notice Board.
    4. The admissions Office after receipt of payment, will issue:
    a) Computer generated receipt of payment.
    b) Delivery Slips separately for Books and Uniforms.
    c) Admit Slip for the Class Teacher (to be presented on the first day of school).
    *Choice of Optional subjects should be given in writing before seeking invoice for the book
